No homework tonight! Tomorrow you'll be getting your review study guide for the Final Exam. Period 3 Bio will have their exam on Monday Dec 5, Periods 4 and 5 Bio will have their exams on Tuesday Dec 6.

If you did not do so last night, please read section 7-3 (cell transport) and make flash cards for all of the bold words. The words are cell membrane, cell wall, lipid bilayer, concentration, diffusion, equilibrium, osmosis, isotonic, hypertonic, hypotonic, facilitated diffusion, active transport, endocytosis, phagocytosis, pinocytosis, exocytosis
ALSO please bring in your paper towels for extra credit on your last test :-)

Over the weekend, please finish the first page of the organelle chart packet (the page that has questions about the cell theory and scientists involved in the discovery of the cell). Use the info from section 7-1 and from the worksheet itself to answer the questions.

If you did not do well on the organelle quiz we had today, I will be offering a re-take Tuesday at 2:30 pm in my classroom. I will take the better of the 2 grades. I will also add to the quiz so that the matching definitions are more like those in the textbook.
